I deposits and loans of the Fund is an Italian bank founded in Turin in 1850 and incorporated in its present form as a limited company December 12, 2003.
70% of the share capital is held by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Italy, while the remaining 30% is held by several foundations, especially banking.
The company's activities are divided into two separate businesses.
The first, called "separate management, manages the investment financing and other public bodies, regions, other structures and premises of the State, Postal savings deposits are used as the primary source of funds.
The second, called "ordinary" involved in financing infrastructure.
